Meet the Founder

With over 9 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and policy development, Kadra Sheikh is a trusted HR expert dedicated to helping businesses build strong, compliant, and inclusive workplaces.

Kadra has successfully worked in HR roles across nonprofit organizations and Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, where she played a pivotal role in recruiting top global talent. As an HR leader, she has contributed to company-wide HR strategies, managed policy development, and implemented best practices in employee relations, diversity hiring, and organizational compliance.

In her previous role as an HR Generalist for a small nonprofit organization, Kadra was instrumental in developing the organization’s HR infrastructure from the ground up. As the sole HR professional, she implemented key policies, managed recruitment, and ensured compliance—contributing to the organization’s growth from $1,000 to $1.3 million in just three years.

At HRMavens, Kadra combines her expertise in HR compliance, employee
handbook development, talent acquisition, and workplace mediation to provide customized solutions for small businesses. With a passion for supporting business owners and empowering employees, she ensures that companies have the HR infrastructure needed to thrive.
